One-off maintenance
Just like a boiler, an MVP pump system also needs maintenance. Maintenance reduces malfunctions and unnecessary downtime. Would you rather not have a maintenance contract, but would you prefer a safely functioning MVP pump system? Then choose a one-off maintenance. You will receive a quote from us in advance with the costs for the maintenance. During this one-off maintenance, we perform maintenance on your MVP pump system as described in the quotation. Your MVP pump system is safe and in top condition again.

Your MVP pump system is checked at critical points and the technician checks for wear, leaks and load on your device. After maintenance, you will receive expert advice on how to maintain your MVP pump system.

Costs for the material are not included. If additional time is required for repairs & malfunctions (outside the appliance-oriented maintenance), these will be carried out after consultation. These costs are always charged.

What do we maintain
When we visit, the following parts of the MVP pump system are maintained:
- Fluid Section
- Catalyst Pump
- Gun
- Powerhead
The first hour of the maintenance is always calculated.
After the first hour of maintenance, the wages are calculated per hour.
Our technician will come by when it suits you
With your application you can indicate which days and / or parts of the day suit you best. In our planning we take into account as much as possible the preferred days you have specified. When the mechanic has finished his work, he will show you the inspection report and ask for a signature for approval. You will then receive this report digitally from us.
Terms of payment
- Payment of the maintenance must be made within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. Via banktransfer to the account number of CT Platon B.V.
- Payments must be made within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. If the invoice has not been paid within 7 weeks, we are obliged to charge administration costs.
- CT Platon B.V. reserves the right to index prices on 1 January of each year.
What is not included in the maintenance contract
- Call-out costs are not included in the maintenance appointment
- Labour wages are not included in the maintenance appointment
- Material costs during maintenance, repairs and malfunctions are not included in maintenance.
- Additional work during maintenance is not included. If extra work has to be performed during a maintenance service, the hourly rate and the activities will be charged as a one-off maintenance service.
- Additional maintenance appointments are not included in the maintenance. If during the maintenance appointment, outside the scheduled appointment, a repair is required, a malfunction occurs or an additional maintenance appointment has to be scheduled, the call- out costs, the hourly rate and the work will be charged as a one-off maintenance service.
- Costs for a possible overnight stay will be charged.
- Hoses (sets) are not included in maintenance. If maintenance of the hoses (set) is required or new hoses are required, communicate this with us in advance.
After receiving the request
- Confirmation request in mailbox
- Within 2 days proposal date for the appointment
- Mechanic carries out maintenance
- Start invoicing (invoicing starts only after visiting the engineer)
