From May 15, we welcomed a new colleague at CTP. That is why we would like to introduce him to you.
Who are you?
My name is Michel Snap, I am 42 years old and I followed environmental supervision for 4 years at the Wellantcollege. I like music and occasionally watch a band with friends and family. In my spare time I like to do odd jobs and mess around with electricity and electronics. I’ve been in business for 21 years and that’s where my focus has been. It is always my goal to grow in what I do in order to do my job better and more efficiently.
Why did you choose CTP?
I must admit that I was not yet familiar with CTP. I ended up at CTP through a recruitment agency. The interview went so smoothly and gave me such a good feeling that I chose CTP.
What expertise do you bring along?
I am good at improvising and switching between different activities and because of my 21 years of experience I can also handle working under pressure.
What added value do you have for customers?
It is always my goal to help the customer as best as possible and to find a solution to their problem. I do not give up easily so that when I leave, I leave the customer with a satisfied feeling.
What do you notice during your first months at CTP?
Above all, it is a very open organization where there is attention and time for each other to help each other. They guide you through all facets of the work and there are plenty of them: from maintenance and repair (at the customer and at the company), to new construction, to office work, it all passes by. That makes the work very varied and interesting.
Where is your ambition for the coming years?
My ambition is to gain as much knowledge as possible of the various installations and machines in order to provide customers with the best possible service.
