The coronavirus continues to control our society at this time. We are still dealing with all kinds of measures, which means that many activities are different from normal. This also applies, for example, to our personal contact with you. We normally like to visit you to help you with all questions / problems / malfunctions / etc. that are there at that moment. That has become more difficult during this period. Yet we want to deal with it as positively as possible and help you as much as possible from a distance.
First of all, we would like to hear about you as a customer?
- Are you still able to conduct business?
- Is the staff still healthy?
- Are the MVP products still working properly?
- Are there any problems you would like to be solved?

But what are we doing now?
Fortunately, we have not been idle during this corona time. Our activities continued slightly differently than usual. All this to continue to facilitate you as a customer as well as possible. What have we done:
Maintenance and repairs
As always, we carry out repairs and maintenance. We only do this slightly differently than usual. We try to carry out this work at our head office as much as possible. We ask the customer to send the products that has to be repaired, so that we can get started immediately.
This is of course not always possible. If we have to visit you on location, we will of course observe the measures that RIVM (National Institute for Public Health and Environment) has ordered and carry out the work at your location. We hope that this way of working is understood.
Order and/or pick up parts
You can also continue to order your spare parts from us, after all, we are open “as usual”. We will send the ordered parts as soon as possible as you are used to from us. However, due to the bigger workload with the transporters, it may be that the package takes a little longer than normal, unfortunately we have no influence on this. In very urgent cases or if you want to be sure that the items are with you on time, you can always pick up the parts yourself during office hours. Make an appointment for this. Of course we also keep the 1.5 meter distance in mind.
We are also working to ensure that we make it as easy as possible for you as a customer during this time. We do this, for example, with the product breakdowns on our website. Through these product breakdowns it is even easier for you to find the right parts with the right part numbers. Find the right breakdown for which you need parts, and order them easily via email or phone. If you do not know which one you need, please contact us so that we can provide you with the correct breakdown(s).
We have also currently added existing repair videos to our website. We want to help you as a customer to carry out any repairs and / or maintenance work yourself. We will also use the coming time to split the repair videos into smaller videos, so that the work can be carried out step by step.
NEW! Service contracts
It will soon be possible to b service contracts with us. With these service contracts, our professionally trained technicians come by several times a year to carry out maintenance on your machine (s). By signing a service contract with us, there is a smaller chance of malfunctions. Fewer failures means less downtime. With a service contract you also ensure a longer life span and better performance of your machine. So keep an eye on our website and social media channels.
